Delivery and Returns
We send all UK orders via a Royal Mail tracked service (up to 2kg) or via Hermes (2-10kg) - both services should mean your order is with you within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Delivery for orders under £10 is £4.95.
Delivery for orders over £10 but below £30 is £3.50.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £30.
Unfortunately, due to Brexit and a change in regulations, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We will reassess our ability to deliver to some European countries again over the coming months.
Not quite what you were hoping for? We understand that sometimes items need to be returned! You can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product please email email@example.com with your order details and reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item (unless the item is damaged or faulty). We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if there are defective, damaged in transit or you were sent the incorrect item. If this is the case, please email us as firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you from there.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
